How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@partnerhub.live with your name and order details within 14 days of your purchase date. Our team will process your refund to the same payment method used at checkout.

Digistore24 Buyer Protection

Digistore24 is the authorized reseller and payment processor for PartnerHub. As a buyer, you can also request your refund directly through Digistore24's own customer support and buyer protection tools, in addition to contacting us.

After the 14-Day Window

Refund requests made after the 14-day window has passed are not covered by this policy. Contact support@partnerhub.live if you believe your situation requires special consideration.
